Clomid for Hire

Well, it is easy to get a prescription for Clomid in Korea.

I went to the doctor today and asked about Clomid.

I asked if I needed to have an examination first or if my husband needed to be checked out first.  The doctor said it is okay to have him checked out but we can try Clomid first.

He prescribed 100mg of Clomid. This is my first time using it and he said to take it day 3 to day 7 of my cycle then we can try from day 12-18.  Take a test on day 28 and go from there.

English Teacher musings

Deciding to have a baby in South Korea is fine.  Doesn't bother Joseph or I a bit.  We have no questions regarding when the baby is born and what to do from there regarding paperwork, etc.  for passport information, etc.  It seems pretty cut and dry.

What we have yet to learn is all the stuff that happens before you get pregnant and during pregnancy.
Since we are so far having a bit of trouble getting pregnant we have not found information for foreigners for this.  Also, this brings along more questions than answers at this point.

Ponderings

So after 2 negative test results and a little bit of reflection I decided to check www.babycenter.com and see what other women are going through trying to get pregnant.

Some women on that site are plain crazy.  I don't know about some of them but whew.  To each their own I guess.

The Adventure Begins

August 1, 2012

Joseph and I have decided it's time for us to have a baby.

We live in South Korea and we are American's working and living here.

In looking for information online we found some--but not enough--information to answer our questions for being foreigners and our desire to have a baby.

This blog will chronicle most of the experience and have specific information about our experiences for anyone who has questions or would like to do the same thing.
